Overview

The Bolts lost by a score of 6-2 to the Nashville Predators. This game was far from pretty but that's why we have a preaseason. Coach Cooper told the media he just thought a lot fo the guys lacked a sense of urgency which is not a good sign for any rookies trying to make the roster.

However, the Bolts top line (Steven Stamkos, Anthony Cirelli, Alex Killorn, Ryan McDonagh and Eric Cernak) played very well which is to be expected. Cirelli did leave the game early but Cooper said after the game it was purely precautionary. Cernak also took a hit up high but looks to be ok as well.
