The NHL has officially released team's expansion protection list ahead of the July 21st expansion draft. The Tampa Bay Lightning's projection list is as follows:

Steven Stamkos
Nikita Kucherov
Braydon Point
Anthony Cirelli
Defenseman
Victor Hedman
Ryan McDonagh
Mikhail Sergachev
Erik Cernak
Goaltenders
Andrei Vasilevskiy
Some of the notable players that are available are Tyler Johnson, Alex Killorn, Ondrej Palat and Yanni Gourde. However it is important to remember that the Lightning can still make a trade with Seattle in order to get them to take a specific player, which there is a high chance of the Bolts doing.
